- All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
- Order Accuracy: We encourage you to double-check your order details, including phone model compatibility and customization options, before completing your purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspection Upon Receipt: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at obviously.cases@gmail.com or on Instagram @obviously.cases within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Resolution: We will review your request and, if the issue is confirmed, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a store credit.
- Incorrect Items
- Notification: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at obviously.cases@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the discrepancy.
- Resolution: We will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement if the error is on our part.
- Order Cancellation
